With our mixture of conference facilities, catering team and adventurous teambuilding activities we can offer everything in one place.

 

We have teambuilding and leadership programmes available which offer your staff the ability to improve on their communication, trust, teamwork and leadership.

 

If you were looking to run your own lectures and incorporate them with our facilities we can work with you on making the perfect itinerary.

 

A typical day consists of:

 

· Meet in our onsite restaurant for buffet breakfast with tea & coffee.

· Head over to one of our conference rooms to start your session.

· Move over to the adventure ropes course to participate in a low          ropes teambuilding session.

 

· Lunch - This can be a hot or cold meal and either in our restaurant      or an outside BBQ.

 

· Meet back in the conference room for some more theory.

· Then out to the ropes course to compete in the Jacobs ladder            activity which is ideal for enhancing teamwork.

· A third activity of All Aboard which is a good leadership and trust        exercise.

· Head back indoors to conclude the day.
